Who We Are
PFcyber is a full-service digital agency operating worldwide since 2001. Our website is pfcyber.com. You can email us.
What Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you provide directly – when you submit our contact form, free audit request or client intake form, we collect your name, email address, company name, website URL, and the details of your enquiry or project. If you give our AI assistant your contact details, it passes them to us (see below). When you accept a quotation, we keep your name, the date and your signature with it, as the record of the agreement.
- Information collected automatically – when you visit our site, we collect anonymised data about your visit including pages viewed, time spent, device type, browser, and approximate location (country/city level). This is collected via Google Analytics.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your enquiry or deliver your free audit report
- To improve our website based on how visitors use it
- To understand which services are most relevant to our visitors
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes
Cookies & Analytics
We use the following service, which sets cookies on your device:
- Google Analytics (GA4) – measures traffic, page views, and user behaviour anonymously. You can opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
You can disable cookies at any time through your browser settings. This will not affect your ability to use the site.
Contact Form Data
Form submissions are processed via Web3Forms and delivered to our email. We, and Web3Forms on our behalf, keep your submission data for up to 3 years for the purpose of following up on your enquiry. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
AI Chat Assistant
Our AI assistant (LEA) is powered by Anthropic's Claude API, routed through a Cloudflare Worker. Conversations are not stored by us or used for training. If you choose to give LEA your name and contact details so that we can follow up, LEA sends those details and a short summary of what you need to us by email, through our email provider Resend. Do not share sensitive personal or financial information in the chat.
Free Website Audit
When you request a free audit, the website address you give is analysed with Google PageSpeed Insights and Anthropic's Claude API to prepare a draft report, which is emailed to us through Resend for review before we send it to you. Your name and email address go with the draft so that we know who it is for.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict how we process your data
- Withdraw consent for analytics at any time
To exercise any of these rights, email us. We will respond within 30 days.

Our site contains links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.
